The Famous and the Naked
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Little Saints St. Mezcal (n/a botanical spirit)
.5 oz Lime Juice
.5 oz Dolin Genepy (l/a optional)
4oz Louie Louie Blackberry Lemon (approx. 1.66mg THC, 1.66mg CBD)
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill a cocktail shaker or ice, add ingredients, stir for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass or whatever approx 8oz glass you prefer. Garnish with lime slice or wedge.

Pegu Spritz
INGREDIENTS
.5 oz non-alcoholic Gin (we like Free Spirits but there are lots of good ones)
.75 oz Lyre’s Triple Sec (non-alcoholic option)
(Ferrand) Dry Curacao (low alcohol option)
1/2 oz lime
dash Dram Black Bitters (non-alcoholic option)
Angostura bitters (low alcohol option)
dash All the Bitter Orange Bitters (non-alcoholic option)
Regans Orange Bitters(low alcohol option)
6oz Satsuma Louie Louie (2.5mg THC, 2.5mg CBD)

INGREDIENTS
Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice
Louie Louie Blackberry Lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill ½ a wine glass with orange juice
Fill the remainder of the glass with Louie Louie Blackberry Lemon
Garnish with fresh blackberries

HERBAN FLORA
INGREDIENTS

2 oz Satsuma Louie Louie (approx. 0.8oz THC 0.8oz CBD)
1.5 oz Concentrated Hibiscus Tea**
.75 oz Lemongrass Simple Syrup*
.5 oz Lemon Juice
Garnish : Thai Basil
Glassware: Wine Glass
Ice: Cubed
Lemongrass Simple Syrup*
25g Fresh Lemongrass
240g Water
240g White Sugar
Slice 25g of fresh lemongrass and combine with 240g of water in a small saucepan with a lid. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in 240g of white sugar and allow mixture to cool. Fine strain into an airtight glass vessel. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Concentrated Hibiscus Tea**
8 cups water
2 cups (about 2-3 ounces) dried hibiscus or Jamaica flowers
1 1/2 cups sugar or to taste
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
In a 6- or 8-quart saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add flowers, stir and simmer over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool a bit.
Strain mixture into a large container (with a lid to cover later), and add the sugar and lime juice. Stir until well-dissolved.
Once the concentrate has cooled, cover well and refrigerate. It will keep in the refrigerator for months.
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine Unsweetened Hibiscus Tea, Lemongrass Simple Syrup, and Lemon Juice in a mixing tin. Shake with cubed ice until cold. Strain into wine glass filled with cubed ice and top with 2oz of Louie Louie Satsuma. Garnish with a sprig of Thai Basil.

GINGER CUP
INGREDIENTS
2.5oz DIY Alternative Pimms Syrup*
6 oz Louie Louie Ginger Cucumber (approx. 2.5mg THC, 2.5mg CBD)
*DIY Alternative Pimms Syrup
1 navel size orange, sliced ½ “ with skin on (we like Cara Cara if available but a navel is fine
1 teaspoon dried bitter orange peel
12 oz. n/a Gin, we like Free Spirits but there are many available
8 oz. Lyre’s Vermouth Rosso (n/a option)
Cocchi di Torino (low alc option)
2 oz El Guapo Tonic Syrup (no alcohol option)
Steep for 3 days and strain with cheese cloth or a coffee filter.
INSTRUCTIONS
Fill a collins glass(or any 10-12 oz glass) with ice. Add ingredients, stir in glass and garnish with a cucumber ribbon or slice, and/or a sprig of mint.
