About Us
Louie Louie was founded by two couples in New Orleans, "The City That Care Forgot". Although the four friends come from different backgrounds, they share a passion for great drinks, high quality craftsmanship and preserving New Orleans culture.
From the Founders:
"In New Orleans, every occasion is an occasion for a drink. We gather over great food and music on our porches, in the streets, and in some of the world's best restaurants and bars. Our culture is a drinking culture; and there are plenty of people looking to have a good time without alcohol. Louie Louie was born from a desire to socialize without the hangover; more importantly, Louie Louie is an offering to our community. We wanted to make something with authentic ingredients that pairs well with food, and fits in anywhere from your backyard to the finest restaurant in town. We hope you like it."
