Ginger Cup Recipe

INGREDIENTS

Non-Alcoholic Version

  • 2.5oz DIY Alternative Pimms Syrup*
  • 6 oz Louie Louie Ginger Cucumber (approx. 2.5mg THC, 2.5mg CBD)

 

Low Alcohol Version

  • 2.5oz DIY Alternative Pimms Syrup*
  • Cocchi di Torino (low alc option)
  • 6 oz Louie Louie Ginger Cucumber (approx. 2.5mg THC, 2.5mg CBD)

 

DIY Alternative Pimms Syrup*

  • 1 navel size orange, sliced ½” with skin on (we like Cara Cara if available but a navel is fine)
  • 1 teaspoon dried bitter orange peel
  • 12 oz. n/a Gin (we like Free Spirits but there are many available)
  • 8 oz. Lyre’s Vermouth Rosso (n/a option)
  • Cocchi di Torino (low alc option)
  • 2 oz El Guapo Tonic Syrup (no alcohol option)

Steep for 3 days and strain with cheese cloth or a coffee filter.

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Fill a Collins glass (or any 10–12 oz glass) with ice. Add ingredients, stir in glass, and garnish with a cucumber ribbon or slice, and/or a sprig of mint.
