Satsumas are a small variety of Mandarin Orange that grow throughout Louisiana in the fall. We look forward to the first Satsumas of the year, collecting them from our backyard or from friends’ trees – which is exactly what we did when creating the first batch for this flavor. We added a hint of cinnamon and thyme to amplify the delicate Satsuma flavor. This is our driest flavor, and pairs well with food.
