Shipping Policy

We aim to process and ship all orders within 48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Restrictions
Due to state regulations, we currently ship only to select states where hemp-derived THC products are permitted. If your state is not available at checkout, we’re unable to ship there at this time.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships, depending on your location and carrier service. Please note that delivery times may vary during high-volume periods.

Age Verification
You must be 21 or older to purchase or receive our products. Carriers may require adult signature upon delivery in certain states.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team at info@drinklouielouie.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.
